4 miles in 40 minutes! That's so fast...good job, you guys! I just ran my 3.5 this morning. It was not fun. But at least the most we'll have to run during the week is 5. That's not so bad. I started my calorie counting yesterday and did okay. My goal is 1500 calories a day. With being so active, that should hopefully translate to about 2 pounds a week. We'll see! Alicia, how's your running going? You should come over on Saturdays and run the long ones with me. I don't go fast! Hope everyone is having a great week! Love!
