146 on scale at home today. Go figure. Thanks for the info. on other shows Sarah. I bought a 1/2 gallon water jug yesterday. I'll try to drink a full one every day. It seems like a huge amount, but we'll see what happens. I filled it up to cool overnight, and will keep it in the frig. I worked out yesterday and am about to this morning. I didn't do too badly eating yesterday. I made soup, but then finished up the stuffing Alicia had made. I stayed away from sweets, though, so that was good. Well, I did have one graham stick with some strawberry dip at Kirlin's where I heard a couple of students play Christmas carols with the piano teacher Nora and Laura had. She says "Hi".
