I'm so proud of you all! You are doing so great. Even the small good choices will eventually add up and I know they make you feel good!
I know what you mean, Sarah. I think you'll be amazed at what you've lost just in water weight, etc. Can't wait to hear!
It's amazing how much better I already feel after only 5 days. I worked out yesterday morning and had a good eating day. Today I haven't worked out, yet, but my eating has been good so I'm ok with that. My goal was to workout 4 days a week and I'm on track.
Alicia, I'm not fixing anything different for dinner...just eating less. We eat pretty healthy, I just have a habit of having 4 portions instead of 1! This week we had spaghetti, chicken enchiladas, and Mom's Chinese chicken with the Peapods. Tonight we'll just do leftovers. I think it's a good idea to join a gym. There's something about working out with others that is energizing. It's not practical for me right now, but I've always enjoyed it in the past.
Nora, how are you doing? I know it's hard to fit things in between school and work, but you can do it! I bet Tyler is proud of you, too!
Mom - you're on a roll! I think it's ok to have a sweet now and then. We need to reward ourselves a little, just not overdo it.
I have to get a digital scale this weekend. I think that will really help me. I also can't wait to get those songs from Nora and the yoga tape from Sarah! Keep it up!
As for the Saint Charles thing and cookie making, the only weekend that doesn't work for us the 8th/9th. That is the weekend of Audrey's first Christmas musical! I'm so excited! The songs are really fun. I hope you all can come. It's Saturday and Sunday at 4pm. Why don't we do the 15th?
